Choose schemes before choosing practice
Make a shortlist with three columns: why the work interests you, which eligibility requirement you meet, and what evidence supports that choice. Read each scheme’s own rules. A general graduate eligibility statement does not settle requirements for every specialist route.
Do not assume a particular posting, location or eventual promotion. Ask whether you are willing to learn through the programme’s placements and requirements.
