The service
PublicServicePathway UK provides independent preparation tools and original practice material for UK Civil Service recruitment. It is not an official recruitment service, does not submit applications, and cannot guarantee an interview, score, offer or promotion. The live vacancy and official campaign communications remain the source of truth.
Your account and evidence
You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure and use only experience that is genuinely yours. You are responsible for following the rules in each vacancy, including any instructions about artificial intelligence, confidentiality, plagiarism and reasonable adjustments. Do not paste classified, confidential or unnecessary third-party personal information into the service.
Free and paid access
A free account includes one complete Vacancy Decoder analysis, saved evidence and the published practice tasters. The Competition Pass is one payment for 60 days and includes unlimited vacancy decoding, the full verbal and numerical reasoning drill library, the live specialist assessment banks, three role-specific full mock interviews per month, and the saved preparation workspace. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Tools expressly marked as guide-only or preview are not included. Stripe handles payment securely. We may add content during a paid period, but will not remove the core access described at purchase without a reasonable substitute or remedy.
Mock interview limitations
Mock questions, follow-ups and reports are original practice material generated from the vacancy or candidate information you provide. They are not official, leaked or predicted Civil Service interview questions. AI-generated plans and feedback may miss context or contain errors. Any practice-readiness index is not an official panel mark and does not predict an interview pass, reserve-list position or offer. Check the extracted plan against the live advert and invitation before relying on it.
Ending access and refunds
The Competition Pass ends automatically after 60 days, with no cancellation needed and no further charge. Statutory cooling-off, refund and digital-service rights are not affected; email hello@publicservicepathway.co.uk if you want to exercise a legal right or believe the service is faulty.
Acceptable use
Do not share a paid account, resell or publish the question library, scrape the service at scale, try to bypass access controls, introduce malware, probe other users’ data or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or our content, and will explain the reason where lawful and practicable.
Intellectual property
The PublicServicePathway brand, original explanations, practice questions, software and site design are protected content. Your saved vacancy and evidence text remains yours. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own preparation during the applicable access period.
Availability and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill and aim to keep it available, but maintenance, supplier incidents and changes to official recruitment processes can interrupt or date parts of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. Contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes affecting an active paid plan will be communicated in a durable form before they take effect where required. Questions, cancellations outside the online portal and complaints can be sent to hello@publicservicepathway.co.uk.
