Our commitment
We want people to use PublicServicePathway UK regardless of disability, device or assistive technology. The site is designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA, with semantic headings, labelled controls, visible focus, keyboard operation, responsive layouts and plain-language feedback.
Compliance status
The service is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. It has received automated and manual keyboard checks during launch, but has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full compliance.
Known limitations
Some complex dynamic result updates in the Vacancy Decoder and practice tools may not be announced in full by every screen-reader and browser combination. Very wide tables in long-form articles may require horizontal scrolling on a small screen. Stripe checkout and billing pages are third-party services with their own accessibility support.
Alternative formats and adjustments
If any content, question or workflow is difficult to use, email hello@publicservicepathway.co.uk. Tell us the page, the barrier and the format or adjustment that would help. We will acknowledge the request and aim to provide an accessible alternative or practical response within five working days.
Testing and review
Launch checks cover keyboard navigation, focus visibility, labels, colour contrast, mobile reflow and reduced-motion behaviour on representative pages. We will retest when substantial interactive features change and review this statement after the first independent audit.
Feedback and escalation
Report an accessibility problem to hello@publicservicepathway.co.uk. PublicServicePathway UK is a private independent service rather than a public-sector body, but UK service providers still have duties to make reasonable adjustments under equality law. If we do not resolve a concern, you may seek independent advice from the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
